Coronavirus (COVID-19) Response
Future Brides, Grooms, Prom Students, and All Guests,
Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, we have been receiving questions about Savvi Formalwear and our business procedures and products. In the spirit of full transparency, please be advised that we are conducting business as usual but keeping a close eye on all updates and changes to the situation per CDC and government guidelines.
Here are answers to some of our most commonly asked questions:
Product Delivery: We have not experienced any shipment delays related to the COVID-19 virus. Our rental and purchase products continue to arrive as scheduled.
Store Hours & Operations: Store operating hours have been altered or deviated due to staffing limits, mall operating hours, and business flow. Please consult your targeted store directly for their most up to date operating schedule.
Appointments & Store Visits: We are still accepting appointments, but we ask that you limit the number of appointment guests to 2 – 3. If an appointment guest is ill or feels sickness at any time, we are more than happy to reschedule an appointment that can accommodate all guests. This will keep you, your family, friends, other guests, and employees safe.
Buying timeline: As always, brides and grooms should look to secure their Wedding Suit or Tuxedo attire 2 – 9 months before their wedding
Prom students should plan to secure their attire 2 – 5 weeks before the prom.
Store Conditions: We are sanitizing all common areas daily. All staff have been instructed proper hand washing techniques and all hands are washed before working with any client.
As the busy spring prom and wedding season approaches, Savvi Formalwear understands that your special event may be postponed or cancelled due to the recent coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Therefore until further notice and with evidence of actual cancellation due to COVID-19, we will be waiving our $60 cancellation fee for rental cancellations. In addition, you will be issued with a full refund or full value store credit, including any deposits, upon presentation of evidence of actual cancellation due to COVID-19. Our return policy with respect to purchased merchandise will remain unchanged.
